- Co-ordination jobs among Client, landlord, and management office of on site premises, contractors and sub-contractors.
- Liaison jobs among utilities companies.
- The final on-site inspection work and post completion follow-up services.
- Copies of finished drawings for Client’s archives.

- Completion of all services specified in the contract.

- Preparation of Bill of Quantities. (B.O.Q.)
